Our office performs all biopsies with a laser. In the majority of instances this can be performed with topical anesthesia only and no suture is needed. This minimally invasive approach to removing oral growths results in very little post operative discomfort.If you have unexplained lesions in your mouth, they need to be examined by a dentist.
